I just don't do Christmas, trading presents, being nice to people you normally can't stand, blatant commercialism, people buying £200 worth of food for the 36hours the supermarkets are closed, late night shopping, pointless cards showing snow scene's you'll never see anyway, the waste, the cost, the traffic, the drunk morons, seasons greetings and to top it all off... those stupid santa hats!!

Merry Christmas, i doubt it, seasons greetings, it's cold and it gets dark at 4pm, celebrate what now?
Happy new year, why do you feel the need to get drunk just because the calender resets every 12months?

    Humbug i say... Humbug!!

    Grumble over....

What a relief . . . I was beginning to think I was the only one that thought along these lines! Glad to see it's not just me!
Old enough to know better . . . Too old to care!

Personally, I hate christmas. For a start I'm not religeous, I have to see family that I can't stand (they are religeous and we always end up in an arguement over wether God is real, etc), I have 18 immediate family members to buy prezzies for, as I work shifts I normally work either xmas eve, boxing day, or both, and loads of other lil reasons

And the fact that me nan and grandad are gauranteed to buy me boxers and socks
