    Depends what settings there are on it mate.
    Have you set the gains up properly?
    LPF?
    Bass boost?
    What subwoofer is it connected to??

    LPF = Low Pass Filter
    HPF = High Pass Filter

    LPF's are usually used to drive subwoofers and will only let the lower frequency's through.

    for low deeep bass wts the best settings for lpf and hpf? on mine ive also got a switch which sets it on either lpf hpf or full... wts d recommended switch 2 hve it on also...

    i find that setting the switch on full gives me the best sound bt still not as deep as i would like it...or it may be the car rattling that takez away the deepness not sure

    and jonathon r u sure uve got a strong ground connection 2 the amp? as when i first wired myn up my ground connection was weak and the bass was poor...changed ground connection and bass was MUCH MUCH better! not sure if this was the actual reason bt it workd 4 me
