No idea but when you find one I'll buy your old cat.

I think you need the whole manifold with sportscat for those but not 100% sure. have a browse of total vauxhall cos LMF and Lexmaul do them I think but cant remember if the sports cat was seperate to the manifold. The other option is save yourself some serious money and go for the pikey de-cat. Cut your old cat out, weld a bit of straight pipe in its place and then flog your cat. Youll probably end up making money from the cat sale and as long as you can get a mate (or slip a random tester a £10 usually works too lol) at a garage to MOT it the jobs a gud'n

apart from the illegal version above (also the ECU will hate u for it and trip an array of warning lights)

theres the off the shelf mani-cat but they retail at about £800

the best option is to source a cast manifold from an earlier X18XE1 model (98-00) and then fit an sport cat front pipe to run from the manifold to the centre pipe. These retail at about £230 from Hoffmann via www.tuning.co.uk
they would be a straight fit onto the earlier manifold which you should pick up for about £30 from a scrappy and job almost done....
drill and weld a threaded boss behind the sports cat on the new front pipe and fit your rear lambda sensor probe - fit everything together and job sorted

fully legal sports cat system for less than £300 as opposed to £800+ for a lexmaul and the likes mani cat

Thanks for the info I've already found a manifold off a z18xe1 ( ie without cat) and the local exhaust guys says he can make the rest of it up in SS for about £350 a little better than £800 for a Lexmaul.
What sort of gains can I expect to get?

Not that much to be fair mate, with it being a N/A engine it won't benefit half as much as a forced would. Probably score yourself about 10bhp as a max if you've got a performance filter on.

Any gain in BHP is a help. K/N is fitted and shes been chipped, running on 245/40 16 tyres which has made a bif differance to the pick up in any gear.
she runs about 300 rpm over normal in top at 70 mph
Put this along with a sports cat and sholud have a nice quick goer

    E superchargers are total cod

working or not, they just present a restriction in the inlet tract, and when they are working they aren't strong enough to maintain any pressure in the inlet charge.. in other words don't waste you cash
