    Irmscher Grille Fitting

Hey guys, just fitted an Irmscher grille to my car about an hour ago, seems fine except from at the bottom it doesnt sit totally flush with the bonnet, theres like a gap all the way along the bottom, the top and sides are fine sit completely tight with the bonnet with no gap,

Just wondered is it just my poor fitting skills or is this just the way the Irmscher grille is?

would be grateful if you could clear this up as its annoying me it potentially not sitting right because its Irmscher after all so should fit 100% perfectly and it doesnt.

Thats not my car mate lol

will try get a pic later but basically the bottom edge and side eges do not touch the bonnet, they are very close to it but not touching like the edges of the standard v-grille did. and the top edge is wavey like some bits touching, others not.

Ok finally pics to show you how ill fitting my grille is, the top slat whose edge sits along the bonnet edge seems warped.

Got it off ebay 2nd hand so no chance of that, weird thing is when its off the car it looks completely straight, only when its on is the bendy top slat noticeable

Theres also the fact that I may not have fitted it correctly, although I did chop a bit off the bonnet tab and lined up all the screw holes as good as they would line up.

Im hoping other folks grille is the same fit as mine cos at least then I'll be satisfied i've fitted it properly and that its not just specifically my grille but that they are all like that, I can live with that.
