    retro fitting electric windows in envoy van

    does anyone know if the loom is in the door for these? its a y reg 1.7 dti astra van.

    so what would i need to do to fit them?
    i just took it for granted that the loom might be in the door like my old mk3 astra

    It depends how you want to go about it

    You could find no wiring is in the car at all so would need new looms everywhere, if that was the case you could just use the door looms and run the extra powers to where they need to go

    Check the fuse box has terminals on both sides of the electric window fuses and check the door grommets to see if you have a fat red and brown wire in them

    I've bought a full interior loom and door looms. Im just until I can be asred to change it all. I'll say how easy or hard it was.

    Im guessing aslong as I label all the connectors it should be ok. Hope the looms the same as it came from a GSI.
