    Question Part No's Help!

Does anyone know if the plastic front arch liners are different on a GSI compared to the other models (to accomodate the larger bumper) or if they are all the same. If they are different does anyone know the part no's for them?

I did this to both of my liners a while back

I ordered 2 new liners specifying that it was for the GSi model but when I got around to fitting them (about 6 months later) there was a gap between the liner and the edge of the bumper, tapering away from about half way down of the edge of the bumper.

This led me to believe that there are 2 different type of liner for the Zaf, GSi and non GSi.

    Just double checked.

Limited the search to Z20LET Zafira, and still brings up the two part numbers i posted above.

Could the GSi liners be listed as an OPC part number? Just guessing, but the liners fitted with the part numbers in this thread aren't a perfect fit for the GSi. So I don't really see how they are the same!

you need to fit the little fill in part from the old liner to the new one. It means drilling 4 x 6mm holes. Take a look at my piccie above and you can see the fill in bit with the black plastic rivets fitted to it

Did you see my first photo? There's nowt left of the 'fill in piece'! Lol.

So are these little extra pieces available separtely? from memory my original liners were all one piece with no other bits rivetted on, so theres got to be a separate liner for the GSi surely
