    Work Motivation

What keeps you motivated to do your work? I am struggling to feel the love, motivation, will, need, anything for work at present....

Which I know is awful in the current climate but I can not seem to shake the feeling of 'put it off to tomorrow' Not good

My motivation comes from the fact that I can go home at the end of each day - if I had to stay at work 24/7 then I'd be miffed!

And LordNikon's avatar strongly suggests to me that tonight I need to go buy some decent alcohol for consumption this evening

To be honest, lately i'm very de-motivated! I like to be busy, under-pressure, in a pickle etc. I hate being on top of things of having naff all to do. I need stress and dont have any at the moment! Works slow and minimal blokes on site to manage!

To buck the trend I am finding work very motivational at the moment.
Tell me what you've done, not what you're going to!

Don't really know what motivates me, but I enjoy the job I do, so guess I don't really need much more motivation?

interesing thought Dave....maybe I am losing the love for my job at the minute? I usually love it, but certain things dont feel right at the minute so I dont feel the need to do it, therefore no motiviation.

Been like it since the start of the summer really.
