TBH negtive feedback seems harsh as he got a full refund without a fuss, could have left neutral feedback or at least mentioned the refund in the feed back, but then again, a court case over it is just absurd.

The negative feedback is very just, wrong phone and in worse condition than advertised........I can't see what the sellers issue is other than the fact some one was not prepared to accept less than they were expecting!

The seller has had more than 1 negative feedback and quite a few neutral's, i wonder if he is taking everyone else to court?

That is absolutely ridiculous. Something I would expect in America. Just another pathetic account of why this country is in such a state

He says it damaged his business etc.... reading his past feedback i wouldnt buy from him anyway - 9 negatives in 12 months and as many neautrals, the guy is a joke and seen an oppurtunity to make some money by dragging something to court that is so unnessecary.... i hope the buyer wins the case and counter claims for stress and inconvinience etc..... i would.

2 sides to every story, you would be suprised how many idiot buyers there are out there leaving negative feedback for no reason and also chancing their arm to get a refund.

OMG, what a *****. It was a simple mistake (sending 700v rather than 700), which was aknowledged and rectified. No need to leave the feedback he did. Simpleton.

Not a case of just sending the wrong phone. He sent the wrong model, and it wasn't in the condition it was described as. I would be annoyed as well if it happened to me. Did the seller give a refund for the return postage as well? If not the buyer has been left out of pocket because of a crap seller.

I would have left negative feedback as well, though would have mentioned the refund. Other buyers need to be warned about dumb ass sellers, because their description is all you have to go by, not like you can pick the item up and have a good look at it before buying.
