    Which AMP :(

    Hey Guys

I've narrowed my search down to 3-4 amps, and I'm hoping to order one of these tonight

    I am powering 2 x Alpine 12" Tyoe R subwoofers (rated at 500wRMS each, 1000RMS total)

Which of the following would you personally go for and why? Are any of the following "no-go's"

    Orion HCCA-D2400

I would favour the JBL over the others as JBL amps seem to be bombproof

This is for the type r's isn't it?
Actually looking at it i'd say go for the hifonics.
The jbl isn't 10hm stable so you would have to wire the subs series meaning the power split may not be even.

1ohm and parrallel wire it dude and you're good to go

I would steer clear of the Fusion (mainly for reliability reasons) but if you do decide to go for the Orion, I have a brand new one collecting dust which I can let you have for £ 189.99 with Free carriage. Feel free to email me jowen@highdowncaraudio.com
