I'm starting to get bored of me usual workout routine, this is what I am currently doing
Monday - Chest, Back, Biceps
Tuesday - Shoulders, Legs/Abs, Triceps
Wednesday - Day Off
Thursday - Chest, Back, Biceps
Friday - Shoulders, Legs/Abs, Triceps
Sat & Sun - What's a gym? haha
For each muscle part I am doing 3 exercises, and doing 3 sets of 10 reps, my last set i usually achieve 6 reps as I push myself, although since I've moved gym I am training on my own
So anyway, That is my current workout, could you guys let me know some ideas? what works best for you?
Do you take supplements? Creatine? or protein shakes? glutamine?
