    Morettes and HIDs

I have already done a search that has proven fruitless. I have read the How To on fitting HIDs but that uses standard bulb holders, so how do i go about installing HIDs into Morettes?

I have a feeling Ffoeg has done this and maybe Lee f4af100uk, so can anyone point me in the right direction please?

Oh and i have 2 sets, main and dipped to go in

    Cheers in advance

They fit straight in the back of the lamp units - no bulb holders and no chopping things about needed.

I cut a circular hole in the rubber cover on the back of the lamp, so it was a tight fit on the grommet attached to the bulb loom, and then got an O ring to seal up the extra space in the groove on the grommit - 20mm dia rings a bell - it all seals up nicley then

Yup - it's just the rubber cover that needs a bit of thought

Are you using the HIDs that Scott brought over from China?

Yeah - I got the 'orphan' set that was left over at the end...no-one came to pick it up so it was a case of me taking them in or them going back to the orphanage in China

ive used both hids from china and bosch ones and both were plug and play. tbh even easier than fitting them to standard headlights.

btw how the hell you been driving round without hids?
