Std SXi Ride Height - Can Someone Measure Pls

My sister just got a nice wee 3dr 2001 1.6 SXi.

It was a private sale, so I went and had a good look to check for problems etc. I know about rear springs breaking so that was one of the things that I checked - and they had been replaced recently.

Now that I see the car on the road I think that the back end is sitting a bit high. I am thinking that they have been replaced with std springs and not SXi ones.

Can someone measure from the ground to the wheelarches, on a similar aged standard SXI, front and rear for me please? I want to know if they are wrong - can't be too safe having unequal ride height front to back!

erm....yeah he knows that!!! Hence why he suspects the rears have been fitted with "lesser" model springs thus needing a comparison from fellow Sxi owners etc

Does this help at all? Its a stanard sport with 20mm lower suspension with 15s on it so might help give you a visual idea of how it should sit.

Mark - that would be great if you could mate.

Bubba - that's a help, but very hard to spot a 20mm difference from a piccy - cheers anyway mate.

Got any pics of the car? Maybe someone with a good eye could tell the difference.
