    Smell of gas?

    Hi all
When I start the bus up I get a smell of gas (smells like the cat) it goes almost straight away. Has any one got any idea what it could be. It seems to come in through the heater vents even though its not on. Could the pollen filter need changing? Any help appreciated.

    Thanks

    Gaz

The water and oil are fine. It was serviced this week. Thanks for the reply though.

Eggy smell? It's usually the catalytic convertor doing its job. I'd get it checked out tho as shouldn't be coming inside the car!

Yeah thanks Ian. I have only noticed it over the last couple of days, it does smell like the catalytic converter, I will get it looked at cheers.
