    Crash

    Hi guys an gals

i didnt pull my handbrake fully up to day and my car rolled down the hill ran over a bullard and hit a metal fence.

The bumper was cracked and the bonnet is bent!

Behind the bumper is a metal beam which i think is a cusion (I think) this has bent.

can it be replaced and how much should this part cost?

    Cheers

Lee thar grills not gunna look to good now ....

Although i have done this but managed to catch the car and stop it , ever seen someone jump through there window half hanging out holding the brake?... tis funny .
Shame though mate with regards to your question though.

A bonnet you can get from anywhere around £50-£100 maybe cheaper and maybe almost brand new.
Bumper that may be an excuse to get a better one GSI, SRI-T, irmscher ect but as long as its not ripped apart, mounts broke ect just heat it up and it should pop back in place.
The "cushioner"? sounds like your reinforcer which will either need to be straightened out (Big hammer) or easier and safer way replaced (contact Drz or turbo chris) they can prob get you one easiest, fitting i have no clue for the reinforcer but the bonnet and bumper are easy to fit so that'll cost you nowt.

Hope everything gets sorted for you matey,

    Andy

The crash reinforcer is held on with 3 or 4 13mm nuts, take these off and it should come free. I got mine for about £25 from local motor facotrs, its a pattern part but fitment was ok just had to enlarge the holes a bit were the bumper clips in on top

I had to do this recentley .

It's called a front cross member, cost me about 20 from ebay, 3 x 13mm bolts per side (so 6 altogether).

Bonnet was £60 + then £25 to courier from scotland.

    Coupe bumper + respray = £230

Easy enough to do once you have all the parts though .

Worth checking chassis legs, the things the member bolts on to, check they aren't bent or being pulled in, otherwise that's expensive.
