    astra coupe turbo issues!!!

I have picked up my car from the garage today and i have had a few mods but im havin issues too!!!
I have had a de-cat and pre-cat fitted and it seems to be over boosting???is this a usual problem with these mods and also do i need to have a remap to get this sorted??Before i got these put on i had a problem with the second lambda sensor it hasnt been changed ywet but i didnt think that this would be a problem due to now havin a de-cat??
Also i have just had 18's put on and the car dropped 35mm and i seem to have rubbin on the rear????
again is this a usual problem???
If anybody can shed some light on these problems i would be greatful!!

have same mods (exhaust)...no overboosting...tb i mena not somethin abnormal...0.8 bar overboost. whay so? i thin main idea is when you decat your car it goes like hell from very low rpms...but ecu is coded for situation (for overboosting) when you arent in right gear and right rpm to overboost. but in anycase..its not bad at all second lamdda issue afther decat is common for those who doesnt know what ther are doing (garage guys)...it should be put in right place, at right angle and at right deepnes...then no problems, eml light and no wrong reading.
what about lowering car. i have 17" (stok, et49),with 225/45rz17 rubber on..and it rubbering in rear when i somebody sits in rear or i put somethink heavy in boot. i used H&R -30 mm spring (most stiffest one)...which are total sh*t...not recomend! too soft..in rear they look like totaly collapsed.. at least ride hight is +- ok.
but in general it can be sorted out using much more stiffer shock absorbers. so far i try to use OE (like H&R recomends) monreo..it doesnt work! but to be true, when i drive alone..it just perfect..now looking for bilstein b6/b8 shock absorbers.
