Remap, about £400-£600 and should give about 40BHP

Regal, courtenay sport, and Thorney motorsport are the main tuners. But they also have other places authorised to sell their maps.

No worries, for starters you can change panel filter, bigger intake (see veccy c how-yo guide), full exhaust system (pre-cat removal pipe gives a few BHP and is only around £130).

These will all increase BHP, but a remap is the only way to see proper gains. If 40bhp isn't enough, a bigger intercooler + a VXR turbo then a remap, should see an extra 60-80bhp. But will cost £1500+

airbox mod (other airbox+derestriction) if use z22se box no need of extra silicone pipes+better airflow agaisnt 1.9 cdti box!than front decat pipe, its absolutely worth doing mod. at normal garage guys can weld it from steel pipes...it will cost you not more than 60-80 Uk money (i get it for appr. 40).buy steel pipe, and replace original powerpipe (at leat strait par of it)..no need to buy overpriced from tuning shops...
universal intercooler also not so expensive mod..there is dozen post where guys have payed not more than 200 for all...of course if you DIY
