Falling car prices (dont read matt)

Surprising what 30k (around there) gets you now.

    997 C2

    SL55 AMG

This is just in 10 minutes on pistonheads. Seems like ALOT of car for 30k imo. M3's (E46) are now down to 15-17k. Thats VXR money tbh.

Can they go lower it will it bottom out around these prices ???

You have a world of choice at the 30k range at the mo. As for E46 M3s, you can pick up a decent example with less than 60k miles on the clock for 12k . No reason to settle for anything less at that price.

Buying brand new is financially insane right now!

TBH once car prices have fallen I don't think they will rise again.

Got to admit I am looking around at whats for sale, 350z's have never been so tempting

Cant see that happening for a while. I'd say hold off until just christmas, when they are usually lower anyhow.

i think once they drop, they'll stay down..................with the credit crunch, which aint gona go away before or after xmas in that fact, and the new tax issues..........then i cant see these type of cars becoming 'in demand' again.

and i know that if i had a spare 30k, it'd be in a safe under the floor boards lol
