There is usually a small excess involved, mine was £70, but I'm not with flux, best to check your policy or contact flux themselves

Normally chip repairs are free and there's an excess only if the whole windscreen needs replaced...

yeah usually free you see people under gazebo's on car parks all over the place, just take your insurance docs and they do it free. They just put some resin stuff in, you can still see them, just stops them spreading and turning into a crack

Chip repairs use to be free but some insurance companies now charge £10 (If you pay yourself it's about £40)
It's not upto Flux what you pay. It depends on the insurance company they write your policy with.

as said chips "can" be free, go to any tesco etc carpark and there will be someone doing it (they claim from your insurance)
for a new screen when fully comp 99% will do it (you dont loose your no claims) but will pay an excess,

with mine from adrain flux it is £70, but i would presume it will differ depending on who enforces your policy as AF are only a brokers, mine is trinity iirc, but the excess could differ depending on who the actual policy is with,

If you pm me your details i'll arrange a call from the claims team to discuss with you.
Most of the insurers will not charge if it can be fixed but when the claims team call they will be able to inform you more about your insurers terms and conditions.
