    I've been on the RR today

    My actuator is shagged and the car's running really rich - boost was peaking at 3750rpm and dropping off really quickly but I still got 286bhp and 356 lb/ft

    The guy said I'd have 300bhp easily if all was well with the mixture and boost and obviously a lot more torque too

    Bring on the next one once ebverything's sorted!!

    Got a Whiteline ARB fitted at MPG while I was up there too

    Why running rich couldnt they sort it out for you?

    good results considering the few probs you have! how long did it take them to fit the arb?

    where did you get it rr'd Simon??? Didnt think MPG had a dyno??

    Don't know exactly may be a de cat issue or just somwthing to do with the map??

    Yeah I'm pretty pleased, wish it'd gone a bit better though but I knew all wasn't right and thought this would highlight what's actually wrong!!

    Didin't take Ian long probably about 20 minutes to fit Rear ARB not sure though as I wasn't looking lol..

    I went to W.G.T. that was 3 or 4 doors down from MPG on the same side, they do alot of Mazda and Lotus work etc..

    Settling with 300 for this year , got some previous debt to pay off i.e the actual car lol, then next year I'll be off again with: 18" rims, 343mm Alcon brakes, VXR rears brakes, better suspension, M32 6 speed box, Qualife LSD, Regal cams, Dbilas Inlet Manifold, Larger TB, Garrett Turbo and Tubular manifold, polished & balanced crank, uprated valve springs, pistons, rods, etc - basically a full engine rebuild

    Looking for about 400bhp smoothly transferred to the road and a strong / extra reliable turbo and engine!!

    That little lot will cost a fair bit lol

    Well done on 286/356 though. That definately shouldn't be sniffed at!

    Oh no I know that, especially the torque, that's a lot of torque!! no wonder it spins so damn much in the dry lol

    just had my heart set on seeing 300 lol as you do at least I know that once the small problems are sorted it'll be getting that anyway..
