    Thumbs Up 1.9cdti airbox mod 80mm

    well I am doing the 1.9 airbox mod again in the morning
    this time with a 80mm AFM


    also the breather has moved into the Bottom of the airbox this time

    parts needed
    4 x 90mm clips
    1 x 60mm clip
    1 x 80mm hose joiner
    and the pipe work in 80mm
    1 x 90 degree silicone elbows 80mm
    1 x 90 Degree Reducing Elbow 80mm to 60mm

    I will take pics of all the parts needed for people

    more less but this way its got a Clip holding the AFM in the airbox with a 3mm bank of pipe work
    and a few other bits

    I have used the same kind of pipe work like i did on the last setup just 10mm bigger

    where is the point, if you have half airfilter covered with filter box top and turbo inlet is 63m? but work is done well looks ok

    I always think this too, you have half the filter restricted due to the lid of the box??


    Surely my 2.2 box has a better flow??
