What buttons does it tell you to press ??

The buttons that control the BC is normally on the wiper stalk in the end like on the indicator stalk for the CC..

If it really annoys you that much can I suggest you try Therapy?

Just set it to 'Range' and leave it be.

    Argh..

    Please disregard my post..

I am really not familiar with your annoying and not very logic numbering system that relates plate numbers to years.

I thought that it was the A model .. I dont know if the controls for the BC is at all on the stalk as on the A model..

All i know is that no matter what, it will probably be a CAN-BUS stalk and as such you need it paired up with the ECU to make it work at all..

He said he can't turn it on or off. You can't turn off the trip computer on the B, you can only set it to different modes, using either the BC button on the stereo and the < > buttons, or the steering wheel rotary control on the left hand side of the wheel (press to enable the BC while the radio is on then scroll up/down).
