    commonly known as ditchfinders

ok for the backs but Id never ever have them on the fronts again

they were ok in the dry - but scary in the wet

If ur getting a new wheel and tyre package - see if u can upgrade to some quality rubber - Avon ZZ3 is top notch value for money but better still is Uniroyal Rainsport 2's (the only tyre i will use from now on)

It all depends what ur after from a tyre, type of car and mileage u do etc

For my driving and my car then I need a good gripping tyre, with good wet weather performance but one that wont be dead in a few thousand miles unlike the super super sticky Toyos and the likes

Overall, Nankangs are an ok brand and will last for ages as they are a hard compound - just dont expect them to grip brilliantly when pushed. Wet weather performance is a tad shoddy in my opinion

It isnt the tyre that results in a car bein ditched... it is the poor driving ability of the guy using them

Theres nothing wrong with Nankang tyres

NS-2s are pretty good to be fair, IN THE DRY

Sister had some on her Type R 215/35/R18's and they held to the ground well

Kumho Ecsta KU31's are in a similar Price range and are far better though

kumho ecsta are better then nankang? i personally rate kumho's as very very poor had them of after few miles right away ,, what's the point puting on poor 215's that have the same grip level as a OK 195's?,,, avon Uniroyal are decent although you can have better if money allows you
