    leaking intercooler??? 1.7 dti

    hi iv noticed that around the seal on top of my intercooler there is oil residue around it also on the rad around the intercooler. is there anyway of stopping this and could it cause sluggish running.

    yes buy a dirty great fmic and get a good map put on 135bhp failing that new standard intercooler plus standard 75bhp map
    project smoker is now stepping up a notch check garage for details

    if its illegal to smoke until the age of 18 my astra should of been locked up ages ago!

    Oil in the intercooler is normal. You can take the IC off an flush it out if you want, but unless your turbo is spewing oil I wouldn't worry about it.
