    DIY oil and filter change.....

    what tools will i need?

    t45 bit and driver oil sump plug

    and something to under the oil filter with.

    yep you'll need something to poke the inner wheel arch trim clips out with then remove the afformentioned trim. If the filter is being a b*tch to come off smash a flat head screw driver through it near the end so you can turn it, should come off easy then.

    if he takes his time and follows some of the help given here im sure he will change his oil and filter without any problems.....im not really sure why theres a negative attitude going on....its not as if he's going to start stripping his engine! its bloody oil change for god sakes!

    i wasn't sure on what sump plug it was on the GSi as im sure your aware there are a few within the automotive range.

    there is no need for pointless posts like this, you didn't offer any relevant information so why even waste your time and effort writing something pointless and you know is going to cause friction?
