    Head Gasket Gone

The head gasket has gone on my bros car (1.6 8v) and were tackling it this week and was wondering if anyone has any advice on it?

were getting the head skimmed, new head studs and cambelt/WP.

anything else we should think about?

flush both the water and oil?

    Thanks

Yer new head bolts and gaskets. Get the head skimmed. You might not need a new water pump. Replace it if it has play in it. Replace the thermostat too. Fresh oil, filter and antifreeze and you should be good to go.
