    warranty periods

Keyboards half- stopped working after 9 months of use. Am I still entitled to send it back for a replacement?

different companies offer different lengths of warrenty.

So you would have to check to instructions or box. Most stuff like that tends to be 12 months though, so you may be ok.

as said 12 months is the norm so if hasnt been beaten up will be covered,

but tbh depends what kind of keyboard it is, if its an expensive one then might be worth the effort/cost of posting if not can get a new one for less than £5?

    Yes - u are entitled to a repair/replacement.

Goods must last a 'reasonable' period - 9 months is not reasonable.

All this ***** about 12 months guarantee is tat- the goods must last a reasonable period even if this is more than 12 months.
