    Alloys

    seems strange but i thought all mk5 astra wheels were 5 stud?? seems my alloys are only 4 stud... or am i wrong?

    No mine are 4 stud too. 4x100. The 5 stud are 5x110 i believe.

    Just too add to the misery for 4 stud (i am on the same 4 stud boat), the cost of break discs for the 4 stud is much dearer than the 5 stud. I was quoted £50 for 2 disc kit complete with pads etc. for the 5 stud. Since Vx don't do a 'disc kit' for 4 stud you have source the parts individually and I was quoted £180.

    Considering converting to a 5 stud in future but not sure of the costs etc.
