    Front springs top nut

    heya guys,

    Have tried to change over springs on front of the car but as much as i try i can no get the nut on the top to move. And when try holding the cetnre with another spanner the spanner on the nut slips off as it is at an angle.

    Anyone else had this problem. Dont know what to do now.

    using a swan neck spanner? or tryn to use a flat spanner?

    get the proper tool as mentioned above

    ie a swan neck spanner.... like a normal ring spanner but with a swan neck - ie a longer, tapered neck to allow removal of such tricky nuts like this
