Will these fit over 308 brakes ?

I'm in need of a spare wheel to fit over my new 308 4 stud brake conversion and have stumbled over these on the bay of E :

or maybe a 16" space saver wheel,

Question is will they fit ?

if you get a puncture on the front wheel then why not do what most others do and just fit the spare on the back and move the existing back wheel to the front?

That's what i'm currently resorting to at the minute, but with the wife driving the car too I have to make changing the wheel as straight forward as I can.

I like the idea of the space saver wheel purely for the little bit of weight it would save me. Also the wheel would be easier for the wife to lift back on.

    Get a set of 17's

Tyres are normally cheaper than 16" tyres too.

We are covered by Autoaid but, I'm not going to wait an hour for someone to change the tyre.

The wife is more than capable, just wanted to make it easier for her.

The car is already running 17's, just need a 4 stud spare to fit over the caliper.

save money as it is not illegal to not have a spare tyre, and get some of the tyre seal stuff, ok driving speed is limited but it gets you to a garage to get the wheel changed
