    Rain-X or Similar

Does anyone know if Rain-X, or similar, affects the operation of the sensors for the auto wipers?

I have some 'Nano solution' from Lidls to try and don't know whether to use it.

Id hazard a guess at that it wouldnt affect it as you rub the RainX into the screen, your kinda of polishing it on.

I use it all the time.

    But have normal wipers.

it shouldnt do as its a very fine coating applied to the screen. nano = very very thin.

Thanks for the replies guys. Vauxhall Technical just sat on the fence as, in their own words 'we have not tried it and so cannot comment'.

I'll give it a go and apply on the next fine day, then wait a short time for it to rain and see if it works.
