    reverse lights not working!!! zaf gsi

    Hello,both reverse lights have gone out,both bulbs are ok, i know reading through some of the threads that this is a common problem,i have looked in my hand book and it states the fuse is number 27,i have no fuse number 27,also i had a precat downpipe fitted and cat back is it posssible they have knocked the switch,could you also help in the location of the switch as i will probably do it myself as i have some iridium plugs that need fitting also.Thanks

    had this problem with our after i changed the gearbox on mine its at the front underneath the battery tray should have a plug on it pull off the plug and the switch screws out

    not to sure on the fuse what age is your zafria as mines a t plate no u shouldn't need to remove the battery. if u feel down the front of the box u will feel something sticking out directly beneath the battery

    Had this on mine also. It was the small switch that is on the gearbox. Aparently an easy job. Vx did mine under warrenty took them 15mins.

    not to sure then sorry about that mines just a humble 1.8 elegance depends on the gearbox as mines the f18

    its the reverse switch on the gearbox they get dirty an dont work thats all
