    Anything else I need?

    Hi guys,

Going to go out tomorrow and get some cleaning products; is there anything else I need?

    Sponge
    Autogylm Shampoo and Conditioner
    Autogylm Super Resin Polish

    http://www.motor-world.co.uk/show_pr...&prod_id=10523

    Meguiars Smooth Surface Clay Kit

    http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/s...egoryrn_123054#

And then i'm going to order....

    http://www.cleanyourcar.co.uk/wax/co.../prod_207.html

Do I need anything else? Do I need seperate cloths for polishing, claying and waxing?

What order is it done in as well?

Rinse, shampoo, rinse, dry, polish, clay and then wax? Is that correct?

Also, is claying really necessary? Could I get away with not putting any on?

    Cheers!

Dump the sponge and use a Maguires Wash Mitt, always use seperate cloths for each product, imo! Jx

Rinse, shampoo, dry, clay, then wash again, dry, polish, wax. No point polishing before you clay. Claying does nothing but remove surface impurities (tar, tree sap etc etc) - never done it myself but it does give superb results.

And yeah, ditch the sponge, try to find a lambswool wash mitt instead, sponges can inflict swirls...(though I still use a sponge, need to stop that!).
