    Tips on getting wheels off.

Ok, May sound stupid but i can't get my drivers rear wheel off.

I've tried everything and i just cant get it off.

Has anyone else experienced this and what did you do?

and before you say it YES i did take the wheel bolts off.

itll just be stiff mate, try taking the centre cap off and squirting a bit of wd40 in there and knock the wheel from side to side.

Most defi Rust Build up around the centre of the Hub Where wheel sits, loosen it with Wd40, wiggle it side to side if not get a rubber mallet and give it a little knock, and it should free its self.

then get a wire brush clean the surface of the hub, so theres no signs of rust, bit of copper grease around it bung the wheel back on. and you shouldnt have any more problems.

    hope this helps .

Take the wheel nuts out, spray with WD40, go for a drive and it should just fall off! /problem solved!

i had all 4 wheels stuck on the sri, only way was get in behind with a block of wood and hammer and tap it while rotating the wheel, it comes off eventually and to stop the problem again clean the faces of the hub and wheel centre so it goes back on without being a tight rusty fit

I had all 4 stuck on and in the end the only way to get them off way to sit on the floor and kick either side of the wheel from side to side in a rocking motion to get it off. If i'd had the chance to get it up in the air I would have knocked it from the other side as I ended up scratching the alloys but it didn't matter as they were going back for a refurb at the time

Now I have plenty of copper grease on the hubs and today it came off no problems for the first time in 8 months

undo all studs only half way and with the car on the floor rock the car from side to side then jack it up remove the bolts and the wheel should come off when refittin apply some grease to the face of the disc/drum
