    Its REALLY clunky?

I know with it being a diesel its clunky (2.0 DTI) but recently it sounds stupidly clunky, especially in the morning.

Im really paranoid about clunky engine noises as I had clunks in my petrol corsa then the bottom end collapsed.

Am i just being paranoid? What kills the DTi's?

They all sound like tractors when they first start mate.. i know mine does!

Not much can kill a DTi apart from filling it with unleaded or the cam chain snapping...

I do like the sound of the fact you say nothing can kill it. Ive yet to put the wrong fuel in, plan on servicing it properly etc etc, generally looking after it, but im a bit of a kid when it comes to full throttle overtaking (pedal to the floor type of thing....), is this going to be a problem
