Would like help to fit a precat

I have a milltek precat to fit to a cat i bought from Luke (thanks Luke) last week.
I took it to fast fit in Sprowston who said it would possibly take 3 hours and cost about £80, Courtenay will charge me £65+ so im looking for a cheaper option if possible. Normally it wouldnt bother me too much but ive already spent far too much on my car this month having things fixed!
Would anybody be able to help me out? Obviously i will pay you for your time in beer/money!
    Dave
