    Help with part no. for 5 stud hub carriers please.

    Well what a day today !

    I've been trawling the breakers looking for the above mentioned part only to be fobbed off and generally messed about by half wits.

    Anyway the last call of the day resulted in me supposedly finding a set, but was told they were in the breakers other yard. So I drive over there to be greeted with a guy that doesn't know what i'm on about. He phones the guy I was speaking to and we find out that the 5 stud car has gone a while back the sub frame, legs calipers etc are all in the yard.

    Great I thought but we then find out they haven't been marked up in anyway so i've no real way of finding out what we're looking at.

    And breath !!!!

    These are the part numbers I found on the carriers/knuckles ;

    24443539 n/s
    24443540 o/s

    Are these correct for the astra 5 stud ?

    I've to ring the guy in the morning so any help in identifying these would be great thanks.

    Cheers Geoff.

    I had the brain wave idea of ringing the dealer to find out.

    Sometimes I really need to slow down and think a bit more.

    Part numbers are correct according to the dealers too.

    Thanks again Geoff, puts my mind to rest a bit.
