    Thumbs Up a little help required please...

    i saw these wheels on a vxr in work and was wondering if they had a name ( like pentas etc.). i want to put them on my mk4 astra. will i have any probs doing this? thanks, andy

    Some people call them Vxr Snowflakes but the have a different name at Vauxhall, cant remember what it is. They should go straight on you Mk4 just watch the tyre size! Jx

    with 215/35/18 tyres they will be fine mate. i have pentas with 215/35/18s i have no probs at all. also lowered 50/30

    ok thanks a lot for the advice. i couldnt decide between gsi turbo snowflakes or 18 inch vxr copies so my mate suggested i get these 18s - best of both worlds haha!

    the gsi snowflakes are 17" you will get a better ride from 17"s. 18" look better but you get alot harder ride. at the end of the day its what you like

    i must say the 18" snowflakes are a nice wheel

    sorry i could have explained my last post a little better. ive always wanted 18s on my car (thats why i was considering the vxr copies bk999's or something) but love the look of the 17 inch gsi turbo alloys. so getting these more modern 'snowflakes' would tick both boxes for me! cars in the bodyshop at the moment getting my gsi bumpers sprayed/ fitted, cant wait to get it back. get these wheels ordered then! can anyone suggest a good place to get them other than vx ? im guessing theyre still mega money because theyre newish wheels. thanks

    ebay is a good place to start you can get some good bargains on there. thats where my pentas came from
