Stick to the speed limits outside the track and surrounding areas. The amount of British plated cars driving like complete tossers outside the track when we were the was quite frankly embarassing.

Remember and keep all your documents in the car at all times including when your on the track.

Take it easy for the first few laps on the track and drive within the limits of you and your car that way youll come home in one bit.

Keep an eye out for faster cars behind you at all times and yield to them when possible.

Try and get out as early as possible in the morning as its usually quieter, but remember at that time of the morning the track can still be damp in areas with dew.

If your looking for somewhere to have a decent meal then Pinnochios in Adenau is highly recommended.

I will pass on the info to Tim about stuff, but to say I can't wait is an understatement.

Make sure you don't wear your tyres out. Friend of mine had to go buy tyres in Germany because he melted his.

That said, he used some little garage round the corner from the 'Ring who sorted it out no problems.

Nurburg Garage services are awesome should you run into any mechanical difficulties whilst over there, Olly is a true gent.

Its also worth also bearing in mind that should the worst happen and you do have an accident, get the car recovered to your hotel rather than to the Towing companies compound as its a fair bit away from the Ring and will inccur storage charges.

    Enjoy the trip
