The light output is crap with bulbs.

HID's are alot brighter so I would get a set.

They are cheap now from ebay (About £40 delivered)

    U havin a laugh yeah???

the only "hacking away" you have to do is modify (hack saw the corner off!) the brown bulb holder but thats only when fitting them to standard lights....therefore if ur fitting them to angel eyes then they are a direct plug n play setup

once the bumper is off - can do it in about 5mins

but allow upto an hour if youve never done one before

nope - angel eyes just have the HID bulb held in place with a spring clip as they would a standard H7 halogen bulb - like the cars of old with H4 bulbs etc..... u cant go wrong

as for anyone worried - for gods sake its only a piece of plastic - if u balls up u can buy new bulb holders from vauxhall for a few quid.

theres no wiring to be cut either - ppl are just assuming this n that without any actual knowledge

ive fitted in excess of 10 HID kits now and they really are a piece of piss - quite daunting when u first open the package up as theres usually an additional wiring harness and relay supplied that u dont need ....

if u ever get stuck and the how to is still confusing u - gimme a shout
