I've been using Meguiars Stage 2 polish and NXT wax for a while now but I've just finished the bottle.

Whilst the result with the above has bveen pretty good! I just wondered if anyone has any other recomendations beofre I buy the same again.

    Oh.......Car colour is Europa Blue.

    Cheers!

Super Resin Polish followed by Collonite 915 is what I use on Polar Sea Blue and I believe its ideal for darker colours.

I find SRP buffs off perfectly unlike the Stage 2 Megs....

Halfrauds has the 1ltr bottle on special offer too so Id defo get some of this....the Collonite I got shipped in from the states on roughly 2 tins for the price of 1 at UK prices.

All polishes (OK, most!) will be abrasive, kind of how they polish. SRP is used to remove some swirling and is unlikely to cause any unless you polish a dirty/dusty car.

Agreed. Never realised my car had a purple tint too it until I used SRP. Brings the colours up lovely.

    WRONG!!!!!!!

Not all polishes are abrasives, only cutting compounds. SRP isn't abrasive at all, it contains fillers that fill mild swirls. It's a fantastic polish and well worth the money. As said, follow it with some Collinite 915 - a very good low budget wax.

Bye bye VXR Castle Combe Edition - because it's done more laps of Castle Combe than most Bergs have of the Ring
