Id go for the GSi, as would most people on here being AOC....

Test drive them both, see what you think. If you buy the GSi then you will have some pound notes to mod it aswell.

That's a hard one mate I've drove a Seat Leon Cupra FR and a GSi and TBH there's not much in it I'm not sure about the Ibiza but the Leon FR was RAPID sure it came out at 225Bhp and there is a lot of aftermarket mods to get the Bhp up but for not a lot of cash you can get the GSi up to over the 225Bhp mark EASILY really it's gonna be down to which car you prefer test drive them both and see how you like the Ibiza and think about which you prefer the looks of...
    Hope this helps some mate...

The ibiza with the 20v Turbo lump in has 150bhp. Shouldnt be hard to extract more horses since the Leon runs 225bhp. Dont know the exact differnce between them other than the turbo and software.

the only diffrence on the mk3 ibiza is the map.its only the mk4 which comes with a kso3 turbo which has a bigger inlet and slightly difffrent shape turbo blades. im a big fan of astra's and have never been so gutted as today when i watched MY car being driven away.lol

the leon is a newer car than the shape of ibiza that he is on about

the shape he is on about is very dated now

If you're on the lookout for an ibeeeffa you'll maybe have seen this one already? He lives round the corner from me, nice car.

I'd certainly go for a GSi though if you can find a good one in your budget.
