    bailey BPS3 spacer dimensions???

    brought a powerpipe and bailey dumpvalve for my astra coupe turbo.

    but i have no spacer for the OEM DV

    Can any one give me the dimensions of the spacer so that i can make one on the lathe 2moz in work?

    help would be much appriciated

    You dont need it mate. But i wouldnt use a baileys personally nothing but grief.

    Lee how long is the spring do you know? Im going to open up my OE dv and see if a spacer is already in place. If it is I wouldnt mind sticking the spring back in but dont know what size that is.

    would just normal steel be ok? or brass? or would i need stainless?

    Anything would do. Its only to stop the actual functioning of the moving parts in the valve. I got one of the machinists on my rig to knock my one up.
