    Angry Strange O2 Sensor Problem

Unsure if this should be here or in electrical, mods please move acordingly.

Right, engine has been running crap for a while now (x18xe1) have changed all the usual suspects for new ones egr valve, throttle body, air flow meter and o2 sensor and even sent the ECU away to be tested, yet im still getting a crap idle when car is warm.

The fault codes that keep coming out are-
0130 (heated exhaust gas oxygen sensor) and
0135 (heated exhaust gas oxygen sensor heater)

So im starting to think its a wiring fault. Ive used my multi-meter to 'beep' test the wires running from ecu to o2 sensor but they seem fine.

Can anyone help me, give me some advice or point me to someone who could help me.

    Thanks in advance.

well ive had another look at the o2 sensor wiring, trying to see if i missed anything and noticed this

The brown wire on the right seems to be a little bent / squashed. Could this be anything to do with the o2 sensor fault. Although a multi-meter says there no complete break in the wire.
