    fitted a dump valve

    fitted a dump valve to the zaffy the day and it not that loud so i changed it with the one that was on my scooby and it was still the same tryed the new one on the scoooby and it was loud but stiil hardly any nose when its on the zaffy any one wat the problem is

    There is already one on the turbo which is built in. I think if you take the spring out and put a spacer inits place will make it louder.

    Yes, you will need to put a blank in and block off the DV on the turbo.

    Some times if you block the turbo DV off you can get problems thoe.

    Just fit a oneway valve instead of fitting a spacer.

    Takes 5 min to do

    do a search mate its a 1 way valve from halfords and put in the line
    courtney stage 3 zafira,Mitsubishi evo geek mapped to 389 and 470 lb of torque
