    Removing bump/rub strips

Can these rub strips be removed from the car as i want to colour code them. I know the side ones are glued on but can i get the back ones off without snapping them or any of the tabs that hold them on?
Also if they do come off is it just a case of prising them off with a knife/screwdriver or something?

They come off - but I'm not sure if they are just clipped in or screwed from behind
