    M-Tech Sports Clutch Kit

    Hi All,

I have an astra with a Z20LER and M32 gearbox. Has anyone fitted the following clutch to their car?

    http://www.mathijssentechnics.nl/main.php?t=2

Everything has gone in alright and lined up fine but when you change gears there is a squeaky sound. You can hear it more press you press the clutch peddle.

The mechanics think its the throw out bearing but they couldn’t find anything wrong with it. Any ideas?

    Thanks

    John (Sydney AUS)

which one is it the one that comes with lightened flywheel, as may help ppl answer u

    this one?

Sport clutch kit with light flywheel for Z20LEL, Z20LER and Z20LEH engines.

Suitable for Astra-H and Zafira –B with Z20LER and Z20LEH engines in combination with a M32 – 6 speed gearbox.
    Maximum allowed torque 550Nm
Due to the lightened flywheel the engine revs much faster which results in that the turbo pressure is much sooner available and this result into more power.
This kit is especially for the Z20LEL, Z20LER and Z20LEH engines which have been tuned more than the phase 2 kit. (More than 240 Bhp).
The standard clutches in a Z20LEL and Z20LER start to slip when the torque reaches more than 340-350 Nm.
Our special clutch kit is fitted with clutch parts (larger diameter) This ensures that you can drive this clutch kit in normal traffic, and is still 100% controlable. (it is not agressive like a sinter plate clutch)
    Kit consists of:

    - Lightened M-Tech Flywheel
    - Clutch cover plate
    - Clutch disk
