Is that going to be a fitted price or are you wanting to do it yourself?

It now depends on how much your expecting fitting to be as to how much you spend, I personally would recomend you get somewhere to supply and fit a alarm for you

For £250-300 your going to be getting into cat 1 upgrade types of alarm as as long as they are cat 1 approved then they all have to do the same thing

I'd always recomend Sigma's. Cobra and Toad are also just as good

I got quotes for a SXi and SRi when I got my SRi, and the insurance was coming up over a grand cheaper because of the alarm

Good luck getting one mate, they are well worth it

Just remember than an alarm may not reduce your insurance.

Mine did though, ive got a Cobra alarm fitted and its been exellent, cant remember the model number though. Had it installed a year ago and havent had a problem with it at all.

Was installed professionally, it cost me around £300 with all the extras but was installed by a company that my dad used to used.

Good piece of mind having though.

Doing a google search is going to be your best bet mate or asking some mates for recomendations on where they have got theirs fitted.

Maybe also ask in your regional forum
