Sorry mate, I may be being thick, but I didnt understand your instructions one bit....

    If it helps...

I read the Sun almost everyday. Never read the Guardian. Not because of the write ups, price, or views. Its just merely a bit of "fun reading" on my lunch break, I like to take it all with a pinch of salt, and I keep an eye on the footy. Thats it.

I dont think the Sun is for the Iraq war, I just think they are behind the lads out there. As for them being right/left wing, I dont know the difference if Im being honest....

The guardian is just as biased as any other newspaper, they just have a better reputation than the sun and other such tabloids.

The media is owned by like 5 corporations worldwide man, doesn't matter what newspaper you read or which news program you listen to or watch, or who gives it a left or right slant, you're still being given the same stuff to think about.

With regards to the question statement. Newspapers don't really give a fair representation of crime if you ask me, because they tend to only report what they believe will sell papers or boost tv and radio ratings. Crime sells because people get outraged and pissed off about it, and the way it's reported by journalists can help this feeling along the way. So yeah, I'd agree with that statement.

Also agree with astrakid about taking everything with a pinch of salt, don't believe everything you get told by the media (ANY media, they're all as bad as each other imo)
Watch who's comin' at you! Why? Who's got the power?
