    1.7 DTi Astra flatspot

I've noticed a flat spot under full throttle at around 2.5k revs in any gear. Car is 2000 MK4 Estate. A noticable drop in boost occurs but car still pulls

At first I thought it may have been clogged filters, crap fuel or air-mass metre. I've cleaned the AMM but the problem still occurs. Could it be the wastegate actuator?

However, average MPG is just over 51mpg

    Any thoughts?

Yeah, they're reasonably simple to clean. If you search there's a few posts about it.
