    Shortshifter recommendations

    As title....

    whats the best one for the F23 in your opinion and prices

    I see LMF are selling kits for £59.95 and iirc a lot of u guys got kits from the states a few years back - just wondering whats the best one in your opinion.

    Has anyone got the LMF one? If so whats it like

    Will be needing one in next couple of weeks if not sooner so may have to settle from LMF one....

    Looking at the pics the cheap one from LMF is the same as the one from the States, just got a different knob with it. Don't know how much they are now, but I paid less than £40 when I imported it.

    IMO the ball joint is a little small on it, so there is some play in the stick when in gear, but apart from that I love it.

    The LMF one is made by Fidanza, which is the same as the cheapy from the US, and is virtually identical to the vastly overpriced B&M jobbie

    There are a few others available in the US, but are all basically the same, except for the price with the Fidanza being the cheapest.

    A company in Canada do the best one on the market which is actually longer below the pivot ball, rather than just being a shorter above pivot stick (like all the others), but at around £200 delivered it's not worth the extra IMO

    You can but that one which is just a shorter gear stick or get a proper quickshift that alters the pivot points.
    The truth is always the truth even if you haven't realised it yet...
